- 6 Sessions: Fridays in June & July
- Dates: June 13, 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25
- 9 AM to Noon: Entering Grades 6-9
- 10 AM to Noon: Entering Grades 2-5
- $125 - Payment can be made on first day of golf camp on June 13th @ REGISTRATION.
- You can also pay early by stopping at the Clifton Highlands Golf Shop. Ask for Ken.

How is my Sponsorship Used?
100% of your sponsorship goes directly to YOUTH GOLF. We rely on businesses & individuals to fund the following expenses to keep our youth golf program costs as low as possible. Each year we need help to cover the following youth golf costs:
- Golf Course Costs - Green Fees & Range Fees (largest expense)
- Golf Snacks (kids favorite) - best golf motivator!
- Paying Coaches - As our programs continue to grow, we need more help each year!
- Purchasing Youth Golf Equipment - kids size clubs for beginners (Donations also welcome)
- Purchasing Training Aids & Coaching Supplies - Alignment sticks, cones, kid sized aids, fun targets & games!
- Scholarships - Waiving fees for families in need - We never turn ANYONE away that wants to golf

Youth Golf Startup Story (Cont'd)
In 2003 our founder, Coach Eric Holen was coaching HS Varsity basketball as an assistant, and a key part of his role was to help run the youth basketball program (K-6th Grade). Coach Holen got his start in youth sports at the ripe old age of 5 years old, watching his Dad build a youth basketball program up in "Hockey Country" in northern MN. He then took on the Varsity Golf Coaching in the spring. Coach Holen was immediately frustrated by the lack of opportunity and access for youth to start playing golf at an early age. His HS freshman golfers did not have any previous competitive golfing experience. Can you imagine playing HS football, volleyball, basketball or baseball / softball and never played in a game before?!
When compared to other major sports and youth opportunities available in the area, Coach Holen noticed that youth golf was an after thought at best, and nearly forgotten at worst and probably more accurately. Holen checked in with the other local HS coaches & found that they felt the same. So together they went to work immediately on solving this problem. Together this small group of coaches created "Western Wisconsin Golf" that very same summer. WWiGolf was styled after youth basketball developmental programs & traveling ball programs that Holen had experience playing in as a youth himself and eventually leading as a coach in his adult professional life.
The rest is history....

Enters the 2025 golf season, we currently have over 3,000 families that register with us each year to jump on board the fastest growing youth golf program around. We plan to keep pushing for more and more golf access and lots of golf opportunities for families and their kids across the Western WI / Twin Cities area.

Youth Golf is our PASSION...but WHY?
Golf, more than ANY other sport, naturally teaches youth valuable life lessons, such as the 3 key character traits that are embedded in the very beginning of the golf rule book. It is called the "Spirit of the Game" & includes 3 Keys: 1) INTEGRITY, 2) KINDNESS ("Consideration" of others) & SERVICE ("Caring for the course").
The "Spirit of the Game" reads like this in the official golf rule book...direct quote:
All players are expected to play in the "spirit of the game" by:
1) Acting with integrity – for example, by following the Rules, applying all penalties, and being honest in all aspects of play.
2) Showing consideration to others – for example, by playing at a prompt pace, looking out for the safety of others, and not distracting the play of another player. If a player plays a ball in a direction where there might be a danger of hitting someone, they should immediately shout a warning, such as the traditional warning of “fore”.
3) Taking good care of the course – for example, by replacing divots, smoothing bunkers, repairing ball-marks, and not causing unnecessary damage to the course.
