    Players (golfers) - Fill out next part with your contact info. We will use email primarily for season info & updates 
    • *Youth golfers - have a parent/ coach fill out (or ask them first)
    Parents & Coaches - Fill out this registration form with your contact info. We will send info to you as "head of household" / "head coach"
